The Right Candidates
Our database of passive and active candidates means that we attract skilled candidates of all levels. We actively search for exceptional talent so that we can present you with a selection of relevant high calibre candidates that meet your needs.
Priority is given in the recruitment process to checking that candidates can deliver the skills and abilities they have declared and signed for. References are requested for a minimum of 3 years. In some cases, verbal references are obtained to speed up the process but these are always followed up in writing. Referees are also asked to add any other comments they believe to be relevant and to comment on whether they would employ the person again.

We will work with you to arrange interviews with your chosen candidates at a time that suits you. With our additional value-added services; technical testing, job profiling and salary benchmarking, we can also help to screen potential candidates and negotiate offers to find the right fit for your business.
Continued Care
We’ll help get candidates ready to start their exciting new role, including sourcing ID checks and references. We’ll check that you are happy with your new employee, and your assigned Account Manager will be available for your on-going recruitment needs whenever you need them.
